Since 2005 we have been working in research, both in business research and in personnel search.
From 2008 we will trade under "european search and select" (short: "eusese") and since February 2017, the term "eusese®" is protected as a trademark. Since then we have managed more then 400 projects.
We work both for recruitment consultants who want to use an external partner in research, and directly for companies. We are happy to send you more information about our range of services.
Our geographical focus is the German-speaking region, but also France and the Benelux countries. We have many years of experience in the search for specialists and executives in Europe.
In addition to the classic search of specialists and executives (Personal Research), we also have experience in the field of entrepreneurial successor search for companies.

Our service is flexible and depends on your needs. Which service modules you would like to use or how extensive your (search) assignment is will be the result of a mutual discussion.
This applies equally to orders in the areas of "Personal Research" and "Business Research".
In the fee structure, we rely on the very positive feedback from our clients. Our fee is not linked to the remuneration of the vacant vacancy, but is based on the complexity of the order you give us.
Depending on the scope of the order you have placed, a one-time, multiple or even monthly fee can be agreed.
We are happy to convince you with an offer for your (search) order.
