We offer professional personnel research, recruiting and headhunting services. Our services are aimed at personnel consultants who want to access qualified external research, as well as companies who want to fill vacant positions quickly and efficiently.

Our focus is on the German- and French-speaking regions as well as the Benelux countries. We specialize in research assignments in France.

We serve a variety of industries, including the entire range of machinery & plant engineering sector, tool manufacturing, food and packaging industry, furniture industry, trade and services and other sectors. Personal Research - Headhunting


 An overview of our services:

• Personal briefing interview: Before starting our cooperation, we discuss with you the professional and personal requirements of the candidate, as well as other important factors that are crucial for a successful and satisfactory order fulfillment. The results are documented in detail to ensure clear communication and avoid misunderstandings.

• Definition of the search field: We conduct an (inter)national search according to your specifications regarding country/ region, industry(s) and other criteria.

• Identifying potential candidates - this is the most important thing: we not only search the usual databases and social media to find suitable candidates, but also practice the “true art of research", in which targeted candidates are identified by telephone.  

• We don’t just contact potential candidates via LinkedIn or Xing, but we also pick up the telephone to advise candidates individually and to inspire them to change (direct approach!).

• Pre-selection based on the briefing criteria: We select the potential candidates based on the previously defined criteria and conduct interviews with them.                             

• Forwarding of the suitable candidate profiles: We forward you the profiles of the suitable candidates as personnel consultants or, in the case of a direct order from a company, to your HR department.

• Candidate management: We take care of the coordination of interviews and appointments (if desired).

• Status reports: Throughout the search process, you will receive regular status reports that meet your defined requirements (scope, time intervals). This gives you an insight into the market.
